Sunny rural setting, magnificent views, peace and privacy, 10 minutes to Queenstown, Arrowtown and Frankton (Airport). Close to all Ski areas and to all walking, biking tracks and golf courses.
If you want privacy and space outside this property has it. Beautifully landscaped and views towards the Remarkables Mountain Range. Great for Groups and families, awesome playhouse for the kids. Cosy fire to keep warm in winter, while watching the snow fall outside.
We have plenty of toys available for children. We do charge for children over the age of 6months.
Pets allowed with prior approval. We do not allow parties as this is a quiet environment.

Special conditions: All bookings are non-refundable, so please ensure you have the appropriate insurance cover, for all unforeseen circumstances. however if government regulations only prevent you from travelling you may book alternative dates at the same rate. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

We are friendly characters who love people. We have had various businesses in Queenstown over the years. Married 45 years, Tim is a retired jet boat driver among other jobs and Jan came to Queenstown as a Ski Instructor.

It is up to guests, we are happy to help or stay completely away. We are nearby so avaliable to assist by arrangement.
A very lovely and warm family home in the heart of Queenstown. My family was in awe of the place. The host was very kind and friendly. It's a place worth every penny.
Great location handy to Queenstown central, Arrowtown and surrounding areas. Tim was an excellent host, making us feel very welcome and providing local knowledge if needed. We had our adult kids plus two dogs and were very comfortable. Location is very central for Queenstown, Arrowtown, airport, shopping centres, vineyards, etc only a short drive away although a car is required. Thoroughly recommend!
Wonderful place to stay, the location and views are spectacular. The house has everything you could possibly need, very comfortable and warm. Our children loved running around the property with Chippy and playing in the cute little playhouse. Highly recommend
Great weeks stay at Mountain View. Jan and Tim were great and the house very comfortable. Everything is there for cooking and a nice outside area for entertaining and eating. Our dog loved roaming the property. Will come again even just for the views of the Remarkables from the outside well manicured gardens and deck.
